How To Use Prawns.
Step 1
Take the Dry Prawns Remove head, tail, and legs, Wash two to three times keep aside and Soak for 5 minutes and drain after 5 minutes Squeeze prawns and keep aside
Step 2
Heat kadhai, add oil add dry prawns, Fry prawns for 5 minutes on low flame after 5 minutes Take out and keep aside
Step 3
in the same pan fry seasoning, Add curry leaves, fry onion, and green chili until onions are turned to white then Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes Add prawns, Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt, add coriander powder and cumin powder Fry for 1 minute and turn off the gas
Step 4
serve along with rice hot.
