Fine Vintage Wiss USA J-7S Jeweler's Light Metal Cutting Snips or Shears! NICE!

Offered for your consideration is a fine pair of vintage J. Wiss & Sons J-7S light metal cutting snips and/or shears. These are classic snips that offer excellent quality and versatility with great cutting ability.  They're very well-suited for a wide range of professional and hobbyist applications such as: electronics, jewelry makers, metalworking, leather working, etc.
Though I listed these as "Used", the shears shows no obvious signs of use and they remain in excellent condition with no problems at all  They have not been buffed or polished and remain original.
The shears were heavily built from solid carbon steel and the handles have a classic black japanned finish.  They have a tight solid feel with no looseness or play.  The shears are free of any corrosion or pitting with no carbon spotting on the unfinished surfaces either.  The snips function perfectly and they cut beautifully with a smooth, clean cutting action.  The pivot screw is the original and shows no signs of past adjustment or stripping with no marring of the edges.  The blades have not been sharpened and retain their original factory edges.  The edges are free of any nicks, chips, dings, or damage and remain very nice with no visible wear.  They remain very sharp and the snips are ready for immediate use.
The shears measure 7" from tips to the end of the handle in the closed position.
